Basic pay + Grade pay: It is training program therefore applicants where get
stipend during this program of Rs.2,500/- per month. And if applicants enrolled
in internship it will get 20,000/- per month.

Training Program: Here Kotak Mahindra announces a program of 12 months class
room training in Bangalore where selected applicants were called for this
training program where 9 months training duration and left 3 months internship
in respective branch. After completion of this program applicants are placed in
Kotak Mahindra Bank as a Relation Ship Manager or as P.O. After joining of
applicants salary would be 3.5 lacks per annum plus 50,000/- Rs. bonus.
Selection process: Applicant selection criteria should be basis of their
following round which will conduct in 20 centers i.e.:
1. Written test
2. Psychometric Test
3. Personal Interview
Written test will conduct firstly
which contain four sections i.e. Reasoning, quantities aptitude, English and general
awareness as similar pattern as IBPS Common Written Test. Result will declared
within 3 weeks, qualified applicants called for interview, Psychometric
Test.
Training Fee:
Applicants have to pay 3.30/- rs and
this money will pay Axis Bank as lone and applicants have to pay this money
continuous job for five years then this money will waive off. Applicants have
to sign bond for 5 years.
After admit ion applicants get a
offer letter that after completion of training duration and internship applicants
placed in axis bank which give 100% job guarantee.
Highest qualification:
1. Applicants must at least graduation degree or diploma from
any government recognized university or college.
