for application form through post; request letter should be send to the
Chairman, PG Council, North Orissa University, Takatpur, Baripada-757003,
Odisha.
Applicants also collect application
form from the Chairman, PG Council/Director, SFC
Applicants have to fill form online,
after filling application form applicants have to take print copy of
application form, attachments of all necessary documents, all documents should
be self attested and forwarded to “to the Chairman, PG Council, North Orissa
University, Baripada” by speed post/by hand/ by registered post.
Application Fee: Applicants have to pay Rs 300/- by post &
Rs 250/- by hand, Form fee is in form of demand draft.
Demand draft (DD) is in favour of the
Comptroller of Finance, North Orissa University, payable at Baripada.
For any detail information applicants
are requested to go through information brochure.
On top of the envelope applicants have
to write “Application for --- (course apply for) admissions 2013”.
Receiving of application form after
last date & incomplete form shall not at all be considered.
Admit Card: Admit card will not send to any applicants.
All applicants have to download there admit card online. Where detail of
entrance test center, exam date etc are mentioned.
