(Pre Medical Test) Exam 2013-14
Applications
are invited in the prescribed form through online mode for admission to MBBS
& BDS course at AIIMS New Delhi and six new AIIMS like Institutions. All
India Pre Medical Test is conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education,
Delhi. This examination has two round in which it include Preliminary &
mains round. Applicants who wish to pursue MBBS, BDS (undergraduate medical
programmes) or MD / MS (postgraduate programmes) in government medical colleges
as well as in private medical colleges in India have to give National
Eligibility Test.
Course
Duration:
Bachelor
in medicine& bachelor in surgery (MBBS): This is 4
years & 6 months followed by 1 year of internship programme.
Bachelor
of Dental Surgery (BDS): This is 4 Years of training
& 1 years of compulsory rotational internship programme.
Applying Procedure: Candidates have to apply online by visiting
official site that is cbseneet.nic.in ,
fill all essential personal detail and submit that application form online.
Print hard copy of application form & enclosure of all important documents
and send it to “The assistant secretary ( NEET Unit ),CBSE, Shiksha Kendra, 2,
Community Centre, Preet Vihar, Delhi - 110 092”. Application form &
supporting document should dispatched through only by registered post.
Application Fee Detail: Candidates belonging to Other Backward Cast/General
have to pay Rs 1000/- and reserved candidate such as Schedule Cast/Schedule Tribe
have to pay Rs 550/-.
If any applicants sending their
application form after last date of notification then they have to pay extra
fee as penalty i.e. Other Backward Cast/General have to pay Rs.2000/- &
Schedule Cast/Schedule Tribe have to pay Rs.1550/- respectively.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates Overseas Citizen of India &
Indian Nationals are eligible, 17 years is minimum age limit to apply as on
date Dec 31st the year of admission, 5 years relaxation to
candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC. At
least of 50% marks is essential in qualifying examination of Physics, Chemistry
and Biology/ Bio-technology, 10% relaxation to candidates belonging to
SC/ST/OBC categories.
