form should be filled correctly and send it to Ayush & Health Sciences
University of Chhattisgarh, G.E. Road, Raipur (C.G.) along with demand draft.
Application form shall be send through hand/registered
post/speed post before last date of submission which is July 5th 2013.
Application Fee: Applicants have to pay Rs. 1800/- in cash/ Demand Draft,
SC/ST/OBC applicants have to pay Rs. Rs.
1400/- .
Demand Draft should be made to “Registrar, Ayush & Health
Sciences University of Chhattisgarh, Raipur payable at Raipur”.
