EdCIL India Limited is a government of India undertaking
responsible for providing the consultancy services in the field of education
and Human Resource Development to the government beneficiaries. The company has
recently announced recruitment for the post of Consultant post for the SSA
(Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan), the flagship programme of the Government of India.
The recruitment for the post of Consultant is
required on a contract for the TSG-SSA office located at New Delhi. The

Eligibility
Conditions: The candidates applying to the post of
Chief Consultant and Consultant must have a PG Degree in Accounting/ Business
Administration/ Economics or ICWA/ CA from any recognized university for being
eligible to the post. The candidates must also possess a minimum of 10 years of
working experience post-qualification in the commercial sector for both the
posts concerned.
Age
Criteria: The candidates in order to be eligible for the post
of Consultant should not be more than 65 years with effect from 1st
October 2013. This age limit will be relaxed for applicants who possess
outstanding achievements in the field concerned.
Selection
Procedure: The candidates applying for the post will be
selected only on the basis of the eligibility conditions and the interview
which will be held on the date as specified by the EdCIL for this purpose.
Contract
Period: The candidates applying for the post of Consultant
and Chief-Consultant will be kept on a contract of one year which may be
renewed as per the requirement of the job.
